Future Enterprises has been employed by St. Joseph’s Hospital for the last six years to clean and maintain our facility, St. Joseph’s Specialty Center for Wellness and Rehabilitation.
This facility is open seven days a week seventeen hours a day. The Wellness Center Provides Physical and Occupational Therapies, Cardiac Rehabilitation, and also serves as a gym. In addition, this facility houses a therapy pool and a lap pool.
The services provided by Michael and his staff have been invaluable. They have served as both our janitorial service and general maintenance vendor. They have managed our pools as well as providing general carpentry, plumbing, and electrical services. They have done all these things with thoroughness and willingness.
Their daily janitorial service for our facility is an integral part of our operations. They provide great customer service for our clients as well. These days it is uncommon to find individuals who are willing to do the little extra that makes a big difference. A small, but always obvious example is shown through the staff’s initiative to carry out tasks such as changing light bulbs. Although this may seem like a small job, it is greatly appreciated since it is not noted as part of the “expected”. Michael Meehan and the employees of FEI do an exemplary job cleaning our building. In the absence of any maintenance personnel full time at our 45,000 square foot building Michael has bailed us out on more than one occasion. For instance we had a water heater blow up on the third floor and within thirty minutes he was at our facility and was able to shut off the water and had a van mounted water extractor machine cleaning up the mess.
