The Atlanta Commercial Cleaning Business is as good and competitive as it gets in the US. We all are trying to be competitive in these tough economical times but why on earth are some bids so much lower than others. I have seen Office Cleaning Bids that were forty percent less than mine and I my company is very competitive with our Commercial Cleaning rates.
Some office cleaning businesses need to realize that underbidding at any cost to get a nightly cleaning account has a domino affect that hurts both the new account that you underbid and you.
The domino affect starts when you realize their is no way you can clean your new account the right way and still make a profit , instead of five hours a night that it should take to clean your new account you will need to have it done in three and a half hours instead.
Also you are going to have to pay someone to clean the account and for you to make a profit you again are going to have to cut corners. This my friends is the domino affect. It can and will destroy the Commercial Cleaning Business if we don’t come to our senses because regrettably some business just don’t care and turn their heads and take the lowest bid and then cant understand why they are receiving such poor nightly cleaning. We should as business owners do it right, take pride from our bidding to our hiring practices.
